Service Administrator
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys administration and takes pride in improving processes to help us work smarter and deliver the best customer service experience. Enthusiasm, reliability and a team-orientated approach are essential, as you will play a key role in supporting our Service Team and contributing to our continued success.
We are seeking someone who is:
Considerate and team-orientated, able to work well with colleagues and customers alike
Logical and analytical, with the ability to assess information and make sound decisions prioritising tasks ahead
Reliable and consistent, always following procedure to ensure a high standard of work
Good with detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of administration
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the drive to continually improve processes
You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer and colleague enquiries, helping to progress work through our Aftersales department and communicating key information to customers and colleagues and in a timely manner and throughout the business.
Previous retail motor industry experience would be of benefit. A full driving licence is essential.
As you would expect with a position of this importance the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.
