Cannot praise the salesman highly enough but VERY dissatisfied with the presentation of the car on collection especially how filthy the back of the wheels were! To say the car was presumably prepared by a professional valetor I could have done better

The time given to arrive. The time told how long the service would take. The time it actually took was actually spot on to what I was told it would take.

I had a while you wait appointment. I did not need to wait too long and the car came back washed. A winter health check was completed. The video of the service was well presented and informative.

I attended to collect my car and was waiting at a table after seeing reception, when a phone call came through and was asked to collect, then I went through my service with one rep and was waiting for keys and a second rep came to say the same thing

I sent my bmw 320d for recalls only and they damaged the front bumper of my car. Moreover after the recalls done car is starting but doesn't runs and drive.

Service was quick and reasonable. Would have been 5* but screen wash was added and charged for but froze when weather went below 0 degrees.
