The sales person (Ashley Baldry) went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly the car I wanted, and he kept me well informed throughout the process with emails, phone calls and videos to ensure that I was fully informed. Excellent service.

I have used John Ledwold for several purchases and I find his knowledge of the product and the friendly way he does business excellent, he is a credit. I have never felt pressured and he makes recommendations to help with the car purchase.

I was booked in for MOT and diagnostics at 8am. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the customer service. I am generally quite laid back, but given the number of issues I had, it's extremely difficult to provide positive feedback.

The recall on my BMW was dealt with professionally and efficiently. I received a phone call before one of the parts was to be replaced just to discuss if I was happy to go ahead with the part getting replaced, I thought that was a nice touch.

My car was returned to me with tyre pressure notifications that weren't on at drop off. Given the amount spent on the day for MOT and full service, I would expect to collect it in full road worthy order ....it's the little things that count.

Noticed minor damage caused to wheel after recent tyre change. Took car back to Sandal for inspection at my expense. Sandal said they would call me back to arrange repair. Waited all day, no call. May have to take legal advice.

Well organised and efficient service.Only negative was that we didn't get a phone call to say that the car was ready.I had to phone up myself to check .Only had 45 minutes to travel from Barnsley to Wakefield in rush hour traffic before closing time.

Availability of appointment slots. In my experience I should be booking service visits a month before I need them, even longer if I need a courtesy car. Not helped by my limited availability admittedly. I can sometimes get to see my doctor sooner!
