Sandal BMW significantly over charged me for my service, circa £70 more than other local BMW service centres. They would not use my online booking, I had to complete a paper document with my details at the reception desk.

Always a pleasant experience. Especially when there's no bill at the end. As it was a safety recall. The 2nd one for this car unfortunately. Unfortunate that it took almost 8 months to sort from first contact. But that was a parts issue.

After using Sandal Wakefield for the last 10 years, I didn't expect a call at 5.15 to let me know my car was ready after an MOT, and that they closed at 5.30! I had to leave the car overnight and make arrangements to get a lift for an appointment.

My BMW came in on monday for a Brake Fluid Service while doing the health check they came across a screw in the tyre we left the car overnight for a new tyre which they did, on collecting the car they had replaced the wrong tyre [really bad]

Very friendly and helpful people. The see it now video was not very good though could not see it as it flashed from place to place. Sadly my fuel gauge issue was not resolved.

I had the EGR valve replaced which was showing an engine warning light, I collected it and paid the £329 .The next day the light returned, when I informed them I was told to pay £227 for a diagnosti check.i was Disappointed to say the least.

The vehicle health check didn't even note that one of my tyres had a rip in the wall. I was charged nearly £500 for one tyre and this was only corrected very flippantly when I asked for a breakdown of the bill.
