They made it as easy as possible for me to leave the car outside of my work hours. All the workers are very polite and respectful. Everything had been made easy and simple to follow. For me it was a bonus experience being able to view other bmw cars.

I still feel the fault was caused by BMW. I had to hire a car as someone was sick and I was going to be charged. Customer service has really dropped.

Appointment was 2pm from my understanding of the booking, at 3pm I chased with reception as the car had not moved. When completed i was told my MOT dec 27 would be free ans a mini valet, i have yet to receive the promised email cinfirming this.

I couldn't choose to book without selecting a courtesy car, the upon arrival there was no car, had I known this I would have organised a lift home instead I had to pay for an uber, other than that the service was pleasant.

Car was only in for a safety recall to replace the driver's airbag, which I waited for. 90mins in, a full vehicle health check was carried out without my permission, generating a supposed £800 worth of repairs. Waste of my time and dishonest actions.
