Based on initial visit the car was additional gucen a health check. Sandal looked into other areas I had issues with - all within the scope of the visit. One slight niggle I had was the mud and dirt on the black plastic sills and other areas.

Third time my car has been to dealership, nothing fixed. Needs to come in again! Courtesy cars now cost £30 a day. I don't think anyone will actually take a courtesy car. I'm certainly not paying that, taxis are cheaper!

Recovered by the AA to Sandal BMW on a Monday. They checked the damage to the wheel etc after pot hole incident and the only damage related to the tyre. New tyre fitted - acceptable price - car returned to me at an acceptable time on the Thursday.

I collected my car after service on 19 feb but it had a drivetrain fault light on. I checked that it had a connector which was not plug in well. I did it and reseted it . It look ok however the fault come again on 1 Mar. Have repair unwell?

I am extremely disappointed. A 6-year-old BMW should not have a corroded sunroof pipe causing leaks. This is not wear and tear. The goodwill decline feels unfair and inconsistent with BMW's reputation for quality and customer care.

A persistent check engine warning light was left undiagnosed. The service technician suggested replacing wire harness but without demonstrating root cause. A wiring harness replacement should be evidence-based, a confirmed diagnosis, and last resort.
