Sandal has an exciting, brand-new opportunity with their Retailer in Huddersfield for a Customer Care Manager.
This is a very hands-on position within the Retailer. You’ll collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure that the business meets and exceeds customer satisfaction expectations.
By monitoring customer feedback through various channels, and proactively seeking feedback from our customers, you’ll discover what our best practices are so that these can be replicated, or if on the odd occasion, someone’s experience falls short, you’ll find a way to fix the issue, so that the experience isn’t repeated in the future.
Your customer relationship experience should be comprehensive but not necessarily in the motor industry, although that is certainly an advantage, and ideally have practical knowledge of monitoring various customer portals and an in-depth understanding of Net Promotor Scores.
