Yasemin, Head of Communications.

Yasemin’s career journey is one of growth, determination, and a passion for brand building. She started 13 years ago as a Customer Service Advisor, but her eagerness to learn and contribute in new ways led her to seek out opportunities within the marketing department. Recognising her talent and drive, her colleagues encouraged her development, and she quickly progressed from Marketing Executive to Marketing Manager within the BMW network. Eventually, she joined Sandal BMW as Head of Communications, a role where she oversees BMW’s marketing plan and ensures the brand’s presence continues to grow.

Now, Yasemin plays a crucial role in shaping the brand’s identity, ensuring that BMW’s messaging aligns with its values and resonates with customers. She manages large-scale campaigns, digital strategies, and customer engagement initiatives, helping to maintain Sandal BMW’s reputation for excellence. Her ability to adapt and evolve within the company has not only propelled her own career forward but has also helped Sandal BMW continue to thrive in an ever-changing market.

What truly sets Yasemin apart is her passion for what she does. She believes in taking chances and following your passion, knowing first-hand that opportunities often come from putting yourself forward and embracing new challenges. Joining Sandal Wakefield BMW this year, Charlotte has already made a strong impact, delivering outstanding service and building meaningful relationships with customers. Her enthusiasm and dedication set her apart, making her a key part of the sales team.

As a young professional in the automotive industry, Charlotte has embraced the opportunities for career growth, aiming to progress into a Sales Executive role in the future. With a background in the automotive sector, she has strengthened her expertise and continues to expand her knowledge, proving that determination and passion can drive success in this dynamic industry.

Hildegard Wortmann, former Senior Vice President of the BMW Brand, emphasised the importance of embracing change and innovation in the automotive industry.
