The car came in on a recall but I was surprised for the entire car to be given a check over which picked up on damage to one of the tyres that we were unaware of. I liked the video we were sent of the inspection

Communication poor - originally required for a day then went to 2 but that was only communicated at 4pm to me. Still no copy of the MOT Certificate or invoice 4 days later, so have had to chase. Far from the usual BMW experience.

Really happy with my experience but as mentioned above I'd say that as someone who very rarely visits a dealership and this being my first time at Sandal. It would have been nice for the service advisor to go through all the work carried out
