My enquiry was handled by Louis Nelson, he was prompt in returning my call and emails and was very knowledgeable and polite when we visited the dealership to collect our new car, the handover was not rushed and he answered all of my questions.

Everyone at BMW Sandal are friendly and accommodating especially John Ledwold who always makes me feel a valued customer. My family and I have purchased all our BMW through him. He is truly an asset of the company.

The purchase of the car was easy. Unfortunately the car was to be delivered in Sept/Out. Initially for July. But allocations meant I lost out however the car was delivered in June and delivery and completion effortless

Not very for my other cars , a slot is booked , 1 hour for an mot and a given time for any else. So a short walk or a sit and read saves time and expenses.

My car was fixed but a number of problems occurred in the process which ruined the experience. My car was damaged whilst in the dealership and I still haven't received any information on what will be done. Also haven't received an invoice.

Why wasn't the key just left with reception. I sat in a seat for 7 minutes waiting for the key to be handed to me. If there is an issue and a mechanic needs to speak to me I can understand. On a straightforward job it's just an unnecessary palaver.

After arriving and logging my car I was asked if I wanted my car washing and hoovering, which I accepted. I was then advised it would take a little longer than the 2 hours. At 9.45 I was told my car was ready, making it 1 hour less than expected

Everything was excellent and the whole experience was of high quality. However I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Although I could still drive the car my issues of a non fully closing window did give concern over the recent poor weather.
