The car came in on a recall but I was surprised for the entire car to be given a check over which picked up on damage to one of the tyres that we were unaware of. I liked the video we were sent of the inspection

Communication poor - originally required for a day then went to 2 but that was only communicated at 4pm to me. Still no copy of the MOT Certificate or invoice 4 days later, so have had to chase. Far from the usual BMW experience.

The reason for the lower score was due to the time taken for the repair and the lack of customer communication during this time. A weekly update would help. Also, the bmw app shows when working is actually being done on the vehicle.

I was unhappy when I came into Sandal Wakefield and happy when I left. The service guy made time to explain the situation to me, including some technical details. I then realised that there wasn't a problem in the first place.

There was too much focus on getting me signed up to the app (I was already signed up) you've now created me an extra profile, which is the main profile so I now have to choose every time I turn the car on, you also didn't wash the car

They put the new tyres on exactly as agreed within the time and the car was washed and vacuumed before being returned. There was no marks on the wheels the tyres had been changed on. They did a complimentary health check and sent me a video.
