Sad to say awful.your front of house people let the back room staff as the car was valeted beautifuly
Car was serviced, washed and hovered. Although I planned to do it the next day. Saved me a job!!!!

The dealership were unable to update the service record on the car but didn't tell me, causing me to make a return journey when I found out by looking on the idrive system. The service record is still not updated.
The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, whether on the phone or in person. The showroom is a pleasure to visit.

Kept up to date at all stages
Car was ready on time with all work done and cleaned too. My service reception guy even replaced battery in key as he told me my X1 computer warning came on as he drove my car round for me to drive home.
Mot booked for 13.30 but with problem abs light told to bring in 10.30 am. Took 5 minutes to find and would cost £1700. Called at 15.30 to see if car was ok to pick up. Told mot had not been done but should be ok for 16.00. Still waited 20 mins there
Everything was pleasant and straightforward
All work carried out as per recall and service completed at the same time. Loan car supplied was spot on and my car was clean and ready to collect as advised which made my life easier!
Poor service from the shop floor through to the management
After repair car had to go straight back into workshop, to complete repair.
The car had to be returned for a second visit due to an array of error messages appearing on the dashboard after the recall modification and software update performed on the day of the service. Told it was a loose connection.
Great customer service from Jordan Walker. Liked the email link to a video of detected issues.

All excellent other than suggestion that I needed new wiper blades front and rear at a ridiculous cost of nearly £90. In my view they were and still are performing fine.

Service at Sandal Wakefield not bad apart from showing total disregard for the fact that my car was going to be off the road for god knows how long waiting for a faulty drive shaft coming from (they haven't got a clue where it's coming from) nor care
There was an issue with ordering the tyre which meant I could not pick my car up when agreed. However, the team did all they could to resolve the issue and their efforts following this were exemplary.
The work and service carried out on my vehicle was excellent.
Service fine, no problem. 1 week later service light tells me next service in Apr 20 at 9000 miles?? Annoyed that on second time of asking a request was made re removal of a small dent in roof (paint unbroken) - reply was roof will need repainting??
I would have given 5 stars but I feel a courtesy car should be offered rather than having to be requested, prestige car customers should get a prestige service

Service completed on time and feedback provided professionally and clearly. Only thing I noticed was that my car didn't not look properly valeted. The exterior looked clean enough but inside did not look cleaned.
Poor communication on borrowing hire car requirements, resolved after saying I would withdraw my car for service.
Car booked in on recall, had to come from home about 25 miles round trip so asked for loan car told yes and had to provide licence plus £20 deposit for fuel. See below
Overall very satisfied but not 5 stars. My car was serviced and MOT tested. All went well, but driving home after collecting car, the tyre pressure warning light came on. I have had to check the inflation of all tyres and reset.

Sandal BMW look after their customers
We purchased the car off a gent named Rob. Rob not only knew every detail about the car, BMW's in general but helped steer us towards a car that was better suited to what we needed. We only bought the car form this yard because of Rob.
Staff were very helpful and the work on my car was completed on time but the courtesy car policy needs to be looked at.

Sales department is excellent. Service department over the last few years has changed for a negative and has lost that personal touch. This is a shame as before Sandal Wakefield was an all round excellent dealership.

The fault was diagnosed and remedied very swiftly and I was entirely satisfied.
I queried ad blue usage on my car . I was surprised therefore to be told the engineer reported it was not appropriate to my car. I queried this and person who received my car checked and found me the answer apologising for the previous answer.

It is the first time we have never received a 'collection' gift. We've bought new BMW before and 2 new vehicles in last 24 months from other manufacturers. Car was £60k+ and this is a bad experience.
