The car was left at the garage on Friday afternoon for unannounced work under warranty and a hire car provided. On my return on Tuesday morning, it hadn't been looked at.The work was fully completed for my subsequent return and the car was valeted.
Work carried out within prescribed time for a very reasonable fee
from the minute you enter the garage you are looked after by all the staff.

My car went in for a full service, but in error received only the end of warranty check and the MOT. This was clearly overlooked and picked up later by one of the BMW team.My vehicle had therefore to be returned later for the work to be carried out.
The problem was not resolved but this was explained to me
As mentioned above. Will probably go to another branch next time. Hopefully I will get the treatment that I am used to from BMW
Sandal staff were helpful and polite.I thought the brakes needed attention but the service manager, Matthew, confirmed all was well and also had a recall done and the car was valeted inside and out - all at no charge.

The wheel change was completed quickly and started on-time but there was a long delay between the mechanic bringing the vehicle and the engineer arriving with the invoice for payment.Once completed, the pressure sensors had not been reset.

You washed my car after the service, however it came back dirtier than when I took it in. How you dont have a valeter who can clean windows I just dont know. All the windows including the windscreen had not been leathered off!

Vehicle received damaged to the door when I was in for a check up, instead of replacing the door or spraying it, they applied polish to the dent and scratch which has reappeared. So put in an insurance claim against the dealership

Without being too over dramatic, Sandal BMW and parts/service person Tom (I think he was the manager) saved my life. Being without a car over a full weekend with three kids, work,football, dance classes and parties etc. would have been a nightmare.
First class service but was disappointed that one of reasons I took the car to the garage was that the axels inside of the wheels had become rusty, but was told that these areas were not covered by the warranty. This car is only 1 year old, 3900 mls.
If I have problem with my car I have confidence that it will be sorted.

Department opens at 8am but never seen until nearer 8.30Vehicle seldom ready for collection at pre-arranged time.

I had an issue with one of my alloy wheels which I and my friends agree looks very much like a fault in the wheel. The garage were adamant it was damage. They sent pictures to BMW. Who also said it was damage. Everyone of my friends think its faulty

Only thing is I was slightly charged higher than quoted on the phone but I didnt complain.

Ultimately I was happy with my service, my only gripe I that whilst the technician identified the issue with the coating of my alloys I was asked to contact the BMW garage I bought the car from myself to see if whether repairs were under warranty.
I wasnt 100% impressed with the exterior and interior clean that my car was given post service.
Overall very good but unable to get sat nav updated.

I didnt realise the waiting appointment at 2pm was anytime between 2 and 4 so didnt get away till after 4.30pm for an MOT

Poor service from Sandal BMW. Car required a replacement tyre and oil service. Price agreed of c £163 for tyre but told 2 days before appointment cost had increased to c £225. Waited for service - 1.5hrs later than agreed time.
They looked at what the car needed rather than simply using the registration plate, Leeds and Harrogate told me wha it needed based on plates and a huge cost with no ability to tell me why or what they were doing.
No health check on vehicle or communication of work done - very much weve done your service here are your keys bye
