Friendly and efficient service
My car was collected and delivered back to me by a very professional and pleasant guy
After having difficulty in booking I complained to the service manager on the lack of information I was give regarding on the service requirements of my car. Mathew returned my car and made the necessary booking/ collection of my car. Very pleased
A very big service was done and we were treated well.
Extremely disappointed as they have ruined my car, doesn't drive properly since service and now I keep getting amber warning message saying drivetrain. Also was promised a call back re warranty query relating to a part on rear bumper but no call yet.

Nobody came to see me about the car or what it was having done for its service. Everyone seemed to receive their car before mine even if they came in after me, even though mine was having the smallest service.

Was told to arrive for 8:30 but then not seen until 9:10 and made late for an appointment that I eventually had to cancel and that lost me business. When explaining my frustration didn't feel anyone really cared at all about this.
Came in with a adaptive headlight fault next day then car was fixed and ready to collect hassle free
I was not advised at the time of booking my service that I would have to pay insurance for the courtesy car, in addition to the fuel I had to put in to cover the minimum I had used this cost me £45 had I known I would have made different arrangements
Staff treated me with respect and the service was carried out honestly and swiftly.
Had difficulty in making an appointment for service and had to wait almost four weeks. As a result the mileage was 600 miles over the service requirement. Request to adjust rear parking sensor (too sensitive on rough roads) was not carried out.
No follow up call and the issue I put the car in for has not been resolved.
Not fixed first time and Sandal were aware of the problem and solution

The service manager completed the work as described, I was given a lift home very a very polite young man Kieran.
It wasnt a service but a tyre change and everything went smoothly and I didnt have too long a wait.
Service etc was again first class ,just took a little too long from first enquiry for booking to be able to get booked in for work to be carried out .
As illustrated above. Motability Operations have paid for one set of keys for the vehicle as a gesture of goodwill, however, I was quoted in excess of £300.00 for the second set which of course we will have to have. Customer service?
I asked a technical question about SatNav, but there wasn't someone sufficiently qualified to answer it. Admittedly I'd only gone in to have tyres changed.
Polite,explained any question I had very professionally.
The fitting of four new tyres was completed within the expected timescale whilst I waited in a comfortable quiet room with excellent refreshment facilities,TV and newspapers.
Work by another garage was corrected by BMW
Everything on time and car returned as promised.
Work carried out very efficiently and courteously.Car was cleaned and valeted before I took it away.
The service, MOT and repairs were all carried out to a high standard and the car was returned nicely cleaned and on time .

Advised to attend Sandal Auto rather than dealership as just a wheel swap. Later added wheel alignment and was not advised needed to go to dealership instead so ended up chasing around. TPM was not reset after work and tyres were under inflated!
Work was done efficiently, within the agreed timeframe and at the agreed price. Couple of minor issues; lead time required for service of over two weeks and vehicle returned with a heavy smell of diesel assume as fuel filter replaced.
Still waiting for an response as to why my car computer record showing the service has not been updated yet. I was promised this was to be addressed very soon. I left a message to call me a fortnight ago and am still waiting for you to return my cal

I'd booked a 13:00 appointment to have two new front tyres, having been offered hourly appointments thereafter so I chose the earlier at 13:00. It was a waiting appointment but didn't get the car back until after 15:40.
Vehicle service was fine and staff were friendly but I was waiting 5 hours with no staff briefing me of my long delay.
No hidden cost, excellent customer service.

Charge use of courtesy car is unacceptable. We should not have our new warranted in the first place.
When I booked my vehicle in I mentioned about squeaky brakes , which I have had from day one I was told by the service technician that the car had been road tested but they could not hear anything I drove 200 yards and could hear the breaks squeak.
Trouble free. Four out of five. The car was washed but I would have done it a bit better.
When your car breaks down you are never going to be happy. Sandal did all they could, but the outcome is that you are without your vehicle.

My car went in for a full service, but in error received only the end of warranty check and the MOT. This was clearly overlooked and picked up later by one of the BMW team.My vehicle had therefore to be returned later for the work to be carried out.
As mentioned above. Will probably go to another branch next time. Hopefully I will get the treatment that I am used to from BMW
Nothing was too much trouble. I honestly believe my car has gained performance due to its recent visit!

One thing that I could have had within my experience would have been on the day of pick up to have my car in the showroom ready and waiting to be unveiled. There was a 67 plate car being cleaned I asked why mine wasn't there?

Been dealing with Sandal BMW satisfactorily for 24 years. Have been kept fully informed of progress during this purchase and were very obliging when we needed to borrow a car for a weekend.
There was an air lock in the Adblue system which gave me warning lights on the first evening so I had to return the car the following day. This was dealt with and I am now very satisfied with my car
