Everything went smoothly on the day but difficult to contact initially I tried phoning and emailing and had to wait too long for the appointment.
The service centre carried out the service with their usual aplomb, vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior.

My name was misspelled the first time I brought the car in. I mentioned it this time and it's still wrong. It's Eyre not eyer.
Work was completed first time, on time
Poor service from Sandal BMW. Car required a replacement tyre and oil service. Price agreed of c £163 for tyre but told 2 days before appointment cost had increased to c £225. Waited for service - 1.5hrs later than agreed time.
They sorted out one warranty problem but another not resolved to my satisfaction.
They looked at what the car needed rather than simply using the registration plate, Leeds and Harrogate told me wha it needed based on plates and a huge cost with no ability to tell me why or what they were doing.
No health check on vehicle or communication of work done - very much weve done your service here are your keys bye

The car was due for collection at 4pm and I was on my way to collect at that time before receiving a call to say the car was ready.

Very pleased but one small point: I was told the car had been cleaned outside and vacuumed inside. Neither the outside nor the inside had been touched. Im not complaining but if you say it has been done, then that is what is expected.
Nice comfortable area to wait, was looked after by Matt who has looked after me before, and has always provided good service and good explanations of what has been done.
Every question I asked they had a answer which suited my needs and did everything there could to make sure I was happy

What I needed I was given
Service was fine, friendly staff. However, problem with towbar eye cover which disappeared at MOT. I think BMW should replace but when I again mentioned it at this service it was referred to the manager and I havent heard anything since
Quickly an efficient service. Could have done with a nicer courtesy car and a better feedback on what service was carried out. I just assumed everything was fine because no one told me anything else.
Excellent and friendly customer service and all the work/repairs that needed doing on my car were done on the day while I waited.

I felt the car was not quite running at its best before the service so they ran a diagnostic check and found a problem which was rectified immediately under warranty. The service itself was first class.

Excuses and poor attitude towards recurring faults
The work required was carefully explained, all staff I dealt with were friendly and very helpful.
I was assured the tyre sensor problems were resolved following the dealer having a minimum of four opportunities, on one occasion I was sat waiting for 2.5 - 3 hours and as a disabled diabetic find this approach to customer service a disgrace.

Waiting times are kept to a minimum. However there is plenty to keep you occupied if you have to wait. There is lots of facility/space for you to do some work if required (ie desk space / tea and coffee / Wi-Fi etc).
