Excellent service provided from start to finish.
Really easy and pleasant experience for my recent service at Wakefield. Easy to book slot online, easily contacted the team to ask for further work to be carried out (rattling exhaust) which was identified and fixed at no cost.
The car was fixed under a fault and they diagnosed the issue quickly and price beat the cost of two new tyres. They knew I was in labour and were kind and caring about our new baby.
The reason I called at BMW was sorted straight away.
