We all know one of the most vital things for any business is repeat custom, that’s why Sandal are looking to recruit fora brand new role dedicated to retaining Aftersales customers.
As the Aftersales Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective customer retention strategy. We want you to:
· Increase the number of Aftersales customers visiting the Retail Centre.
· Ensure that Sandal is the Retailer of choice for all Aftersales customers.
· Advertise Sandal to potential customers who may not be aware of our great Aftersales offers.
· Be inventive, create new ideas and utilise all social media platforms to promote Sandal
As the ideal candidate you will be results focussed, have the ability to prioritise your workload and work flexibly in order to meet deadlines. Your previous experience with budget and project management will mean you’re able to accommodate change and adopt new approaches. Whilst automotive experience is not essential, previous experience working for a prestige brand or working within aftersales will certainly be an advantage.
This is a hands on role, reporting to the Head of Business, involves working closely with Aftersales teams to ensure our business potential is maximised and we exceed our customers expectations.
