Sandal Huddersfield has an opening for a Customer Relationship Executive, ideally suited to someone who is outgoing, follows procedures and thrives in an environment where providing exceptional customer service is the number one priority.

As a member of our small professional team, you will be responsible for:

· Supporting the Aftersales team with inbound and outbound service and repair request calls to our customers

· Effective enquiry management

· Cleansing and updating the database, accurately recording customer information

· Identifying prospect and sales opportunities for the Service team

Your customer relationship experience should be comprehensive but not necessarily in the motor industry.

This role reports to the Customer Relationship Manager, and involves working closely with both our Huddersfield and Wakefield Aftersales teams to ensure our business potential is maximised and we exceed our customers’ expectations.

We offer an attractive salary and excellent working conditions. Working hours: Full and Part time available. Full-time: week days and alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week totalling 42.25 hours on average per week. Part-time: full days on Monday, Friday and Saturday totalling 27 hours per week.
