The importance of this key role is paramount to Sandal; being one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service. Reporting directly to the Service Manager you will be responsible for answering telephone calls from our Service and Parts customers providing solutions that meet their needs, providing cost estimates for any chargeable work, making computerised bookings and other general administration duties.
You will be a bright professional who has the ability to plan ahead and maintain good levels of communication with other team members and customers alike. You will also ensure our business potential is maximised and we exceed the expectations of our customers. A full driving licence is essential.
As you would expect with a position of this importance the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy. This industry leading training is complimented by excellent earning potential.
